And the prosecutor in the trial of four suspects in the case says the video takes things to a "whole new level." It was, remarks CBS News Correspondent Elaine Quijano, like a scene from the Wild West, but with a modern twist - the video. According to prosecutors, Penny Chapman, seen in the video -- boarded the bus with her young on June 18, and can be seen in the video spanking him, for running through the aisles. A male rider intervened, saying he would report her to child services.)

Thundering around on immaculately maintained red trucks, the city's "Bravest" are local heroes, admired for their professionalism and lauded for their self-sacrifice on 9/11, when 343 died in the collapsing Twin Towers. Ancient Graves Reveal When Elderly Gained Power (Live Science)

But new research on people living in the Bronze Age suggests the elderly began to gain power over a 600-year period in Austria. The findings rely on skeletal aging and a comparison of objects placed in graves of individuals of different ages. As time passed in the small farming hamlets of lower Austria, researchers reported online July 15 in the Oxford Journal of Archaeology, older men began to be buried with copper axes, a privilege not granted to younger men.)

Toward that end, NASA has awarded contracts to four companies with plans to study how to store and transfer fuel in space. It's not simply a matter of building a Shell station in orbit.
